Ash is not here to shout, shame, or push you into someone else’s version of fitness. With professional training knowledge and real world understanding, Ash coaches with purpose, helping you feel strong, confident, and supported at every stage.

Zone

Zone isn’t just a workout, it’s an environment. A supportive, judgement free space built on connection, encouragement, and sustainable progress, where training meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. No ego, no judgement, no pressure to be perfect.

In Person

Our returning clients speak for themselves. In person classes at Zone are inclusive, friendly and carefully structured so everyone feels seen and supported. You’ll be guided, corrected, encouraged and part of a community that actually wants you to win, not compete.

Online

Zone Online brings the same coaching, structure, and community as in person classes but without limits on location or schedule. Train anywhere, stay consistent, and follow intentional, progressive programs designed to fit real life.
